Lisa started with Kramer Financial in October 2000. She is the friendly voice (or fingers) who answers the phone when you call. Any time you have a question concerning your accounts, you can contact her by letter, fax, phone, video or e-mail and she will find out the answer and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Lisa also handles daily maintenance of clients' accounts such as: requesting checks, updating address and bank information, registration changes, beneficiary changes, mailing forms, etc. She acts as a "liaison" between you and the companies you invest with, by calling those companies on your behalf to request up-to-date information.

Lisa also serves as Lee Kramer's full-time interpreter in the Maryland office. She interprets for his meetings with hearing clients or associates as well as conferences and continuing education classes for Lee and other staff members.

Lisa graduated from CCBC - Catonsville in Baltimore, MD with her A.A.S. in interpreting and she holds her Series 7 General Securities License and her Series 66 Uniformed Combined State Law license She received her RID National Interpreter Certificate, Advanced Level in 2006 and does free-lance interpreting work in the community.  Lisa and her husband, Jamie, live in Damascus, MD.

Donna Allnutt

Donna started with the Kramer Financial in April of 2003.  Donna works closely with Lisa on all aspects of customer service. Donna assists in answering the phones, schedules appointments and sends out letters explaining what documents you need to bring to a "first meeting" with Kramer Financial. She is also responsible for sending out reminder cards for each of your appointments with Lee and most importantly.....helps Lee remember your birthday!!

She processes all new business and keeps everyone in the office organized by making sure all of the forms are up-to-date, preparing client files prior to meetings, and keeping track of other office responsibilities such as ordering supplies, payroll, and licensing.

Donna has already learned many signs in her time here.  She lives in Thurmont, MD with her dogs (Peanut, Bailey, Kody, and JD.), horse (Blaze), and cats (Blackjack, and Momma),.... and her husband , Larry, too!

Belinda Milligan
Case Analyst/New Business Administrator

Belinda Milligan is the newest addition to our team, joining in May 2007. She works diligently with Lee to analyze the information gathered from client meetings. She crunches the numbers and prepares the reports that Lee uses to complete his analysis to be in a better position to make recommendations for each client. In addition, she is responsible for all the new business preparation making sure that all the necessary forms are completed correctly to effect transactions per each client?#128;™s wishes. She is also a great help to the customer service team assisting Lisa and Donna with providing top notch service to our clients.

Belinda graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida with her Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Deaf Interpreting Program. She is currently living in Thurmont, MD with her two sons, Josiah and Issac.
